Get in and get out. These classes are 30 minutes to 1 hour in length
Movements are designed to focus on isolated functionality.

Mobility keeps you young! Stop by for a 20 minute stretch and pre recovery. This won’t be too vigorous and a perfect way to warm up before our workout.

A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.
It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructor, and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.

Kids Fit
This class is loads of fun for 5 - 12 year olds.
We are teaching fundamentals of coming to the gym and the fun it can be.
We start with stretching, then do a quick warm up, then we start a workout. We do 3 sets of arms and legs and finish with 2 sets of core. We rotate between dumbbells and barbells each class. After our workout is done we play a game for the remaining amount of time.
Class is about 45 minutes - 1 hour and held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
