This class is coached at 11:00 am or 5:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Strength & Conditioning

Our version of CrossFit.

Functional lifting, plyo, gymnastics, strength sets all included in this workout.

This group is “self coached” and the group meets at 5:15AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

WOD is posted all day for people to do at own pace throughout day.

Body Pump

A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.

It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors, and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
